Sometimes when you are in a hurry, cooking is out of the question. This is when you want something good to start out the day. Onions are good for you so dice half of one of them. Crack two raw eggs in a bowl, add the diced onion, and stir till mixed up. A little apple cider vinegar, a teaspoon of black pepper, enough honey to thicken it good, and you now have a nutritional start to your day.
